Payment and Delivery
These payment methods are available to our clients:
We accept Visa and MasterCard paid directly to us through the secure checkout system.
Credit Card over the Phone:
We accept Visa and MasterCard via phone payment. If you choose this selection Online you will be called from 9:00am to 2:00pm EST so please be available at these times. There is a one day wait for orders completed by phone so we have time to contact you.
We accept payment via this secure payment system.
Direct Bank Transfer:
Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

Payment in full must be received before any orders are dispatched. All prices are GST inclusive.
We deliver Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
We offer same business day delivery for all purchase orders received and paid prior to 8am EST on weekdays (excluding public holidays). Orders after 8am EST can be delivered on the next business day (see public holiday policy below for clarity on what will occur if delivery falls on a public holiday).
Approximate delivery time is between 2.00pm to 6:00pm. If purchasing using “Credit Card over the Phone” please allow for one day before the delivery date.
If there are any unexpected delays we will advise you as soon as we are aware and keep you updated with the status of your order.
We deliver to the areas of the Tweed Shire specified in the Home Delivery Page.
No deliveries are made on public holidays and deliveries due on public holidays will occur the business day prior but if the public holiday falls on a Monday the delivery will be the following business day. In respect to the statement above, to deliver the day before a public holiday, purchase orders will need to be received and paid by 8am on the day prior to the public holiday.
Delivery cost is a flat rate of $3.30.
If for any reason you are not happy with the product that you have purchased online, Mate and Matt’s Farm Fresh Fruit and Vege is happy to exchange the items or provide you with a credit note or 100% refund of the specific item/s you are not happy with provided we are notified within 24 hours of the product delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer that the product is returned to us undamaged and in original condition and to pay all freight charges to return the items.
If you change your mind about your order after you have made payment and would like to cancel your order please contact us on via the contact number below before 8am on the delivery date (see Delivery policy for when to expect delivery) and we will refund the value of your purchase.
Our website may describe or display a product incorrectly (by description, picture or price) due to typographical errors.
A product listed or displayed may be substituted with another depending on availability.
If you have registered through our website to receive email communications from us, we may use your contact details to send you newsletters, marketing emails or invitations to Mate and Matt’s Farm Fresh Fruit and Vege events. However you may at any time opt out by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of the email. Upon receiving such a request, Mate and Matt’s Farm Fresh Fruit and Vege will remove your contact details from our distribution list.
